BHM Healthcare Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Independent Review Coordinator to join our national Independent Review Organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or High School Diploma with 3 years equivalent experience in administrative coordination.
  • 3 years’ experience in Healthcare administration.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordination of the Independent Review Process to ensure appropriate case assignment, case processing and case determination and notification within specified timeframes.
  • Coordination of IRO reviewer performance monitoring and quality checks.
  • Provide Queue coverage.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects on the firms dealing and working.
  • Maintain HIPPA compliant confidentiality and data security measures when receiving or sending PHI.
  • Provide service to customers by answering questions, providing information, making referrals, and assuring appropriate follow-through and/or resolution.
  • Effectively communicate information and ideas with management, colleagues, clients and others using project management, written reports, telephonic and email communication.
  • Provide high level of customer service as a Liaison between Clients, Physician Reviewers and BHM.
  • Perform related duties as to specific assignments.

Salary: $27,000 – $35,000 per year. Compensation is commensurate with level of experience.
