Gwen Roberts, SVP of BHM’s Consulting Division and a Senior Consultant with BHM, has over twenty years of experience in healthcare project management, client relationship building, and system implementation.
Gwen is highly experienced in all aspects of insurance-related operations including claims, call center, provider networks, membership enrollment operations, and automation-based solutions. She also has a proven record of success in deploying a trifecta approach (workforce management, staffing, training), developing policies and procedures, leading process improvement teams using Six-Sigma principles, making improvements to the bottom line, and the turnaround of under performing operations, including P&L accountabilities.
Gwen is also proficient in CMS, URAC, and NCQA Operations standards and requirements, as well as in related HEDIS measures. She has been a major policy contributor to three-year accreditation and certification awards, and also is highly experienced with Medicaid, Medicare, Medicare Advantage, PACE and commercial membership. Gwen has a proven record of building start-up operations, motivating teams, and developing staff to instill a shared, enthusiastic commitment to every aspect of world-class service delivery as a core competency.
