Darrell McHenry – Project Manager

Darrell is a decisive, action-oriented and results-focused professional with 18+ years of knowledge and experience in Medicaid & Medicare Operations.  He has a proven track record of successful Call Center & project management, and implementing the necessary improvements to health plan processes & procedures.   Darrell is dedicated to continuously enhancing and maintaining positive “Member & Provider Experiences”.

Abigail Norman – Social Media/Marketing Assistant

Abigail is a prolific healthcare writer with many direct years working in the hospital setting and advanced knowledge of SEO, WordPress, Social Media, and email campaign platforms.  She is a regular contributor and writer for some of the largest healthcare blogs online as well as actively working in the healthcare field in the provider arena.  Her social media knowledge, experience, and outreach will allow her to assist BHM in extending its marketing efforts to a network of new potentials broadening the BHM audience and strengthening the BHM message.

Lindsey Fetter – IRO Coordinator & IRO Related Administrative Support

Lindsey comes to BHM with ten years of experience in customer service, administration and marketing coordination.  She has extensive experience, proven ability and accomplishment in Administration, Organization, Customer Relations and Relationship Building.
