  4. Health Equity Standards: The NCQA has updated its health equity standards to ensure that health plans are addressing health disparities and promoting health equity among their members. This includes ensuring that health plans are collecting and using data to identify and address health disparities, as well as ensuring that members have access to culturally and linguistically appropriate health services.
  5. Data and Analytics Standards: The NCQA has updated its data and analytics standards to ensure that health plans are collecting and using data to improve the quality of care provided to their members. This includes ensuring that health plans have systems in place for collecting and analyzing data on quality of care, as well as ensuring that members have access to information on the quality of care provided by their health plan.
