In recent weeks, the organization has introduced powerful new capabilities designed to help clients and internal teams move from data to insight with greater precision and speed.

A major milestone in this initiative has been the expansion of BHM’s data reporting team, which now includes a new team member actively integrating into the company’s analytics infrastructure. This addition strengthens the department’s ability to deliver timely, actionable reporting for both client-facing and internal performance metrics. From day one, BHM’s data team is built around fluency in data-driven strategy.

At the center of this innovation is the launch of several interactive Tableau dashboards that offer new clarity to complex operational and performance data. Chief among them is the newly released a targeted and next level client health dashboard, a dynamic, date-driven tool designed to track client trends, flag emerging risks, and surface high-performing segments with ease. This resource enables client service and operations teams to prioritize focus where it matters most—before challenges become critical.

Also in development is BHM’s reviewer network dashboard, which will offer a similarly robust view into reviewer activity, performance, and engagement over time. Together, these dual dashboards form a comprehensive reporting layer, delivering 360-degree visibility across both client outcomes and reviewer throughput.
